Each month we focus on one core business topic and go properly into it.
For example, we might explore systems that create more time, freedom and wealth. That means looking at the actual mechanics of your business: what systems you need, how to structure them, the processes that support them, where you are currently the bottleneck, and how everything connects so the business runs cleanly and predictably.
