Panic attacks changed the direction of my life - for the better
She became the first generation in her family to go to university.

After qualifying Anastasia specialised in litigation, specifically in banking and finance.It seemed like she had it all. A fascinating, albeit high pressure, career and a good salary. Then the panic attacks began.
